While the Technical Consultant's role will primarily focus on data conversion, integration and report writing
activities, responsibilities will also include Oracle and client database tasks.

Report Writing using business intelligent and reporting tools such as Crystal, Cognos, Oracle and Manhattan's reporting tools.
Data Conversion
System Integration with client legacy and ERP systems such as SAP & PeopleSoft.

Position Overview
Responsibilities include:
Assist in developing, documenting and executing a data conversion methodology that can be scaled
to meet the client's needs
Assist in developing, documenting and executing a reporting methodology that can be scaled to meet
the client's needs
Assist in developing, documenting and executing a system integration methodology that can be
scaled to meet the client's needs
Lead and assist clients with interface development and testing
Document client interface requirements and data conversion decisions
Develop client reporting requirements and design documents
Provide customer support and data/report/integration issue resolution during and after active
implementations
Develop comprehensive knowledge of the Manhattan Software suite
Assist in the development of end user documentation as it relates to data conversion, reporting and
system integration
Create and maintain Manhattan schema documentation including data flow diagrams
Provide 'outside the box' conversion, reporting and integration ideas to promote best in class
processes
Perform Oracle database management tasks such as performance testing, system management,
troubleshooting and DBA activities
Requirements
Advanced technical skills, including application and database servers
Ability to institute and monitor data conversion, reporting and system integration best practices
internally
Excellent documentation and oral communication skills with a particular aptitude for presenting
technical concepts to a business-oriented audience
Proven analytical skills, please be prepared to discuss at a high level how you have applied your
technical skills to perform business analysis

Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge specifically in: Excel (including Pivot Tables) and Access

Position Overview Responsibilities include:
Work with sales to determine project scope and objectives, cost estimates and
phasing to develop the Statement of Work
Develop project plans, coordinate staffing, monitor project-specific costs, and analyze
results to ensure timely project completion and overall project success
Prepare extensive budgets and perform monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis
to control expenses and increase revenue potential
Lead business process evaluation and re-engineering activities based on industry
standards and best practices
Document customer requirements and implementation decisions
Own relationship with the customer, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and
referencability
Manage a multi-function internal implementation team (3-6 people) throughout the
process
Work directly with customer’s project manager and business users to achieve joint
goals and objectives
Proactively review project scope to determine change order requirements and
financial / project impact
Serve as liaison between customer and development to ensure customer needs are
understood and communicated effectively
Interact with senior and executive management to ensure company and project
objectives are met
Function as the primary point of contact between customer personnel and the
Manhattan software team
Develop in-depth knowledge of the Manhattan software suite
Management enhancement development process
Ability to set priorities and implement decisions to meet operational deadlines in a
fast-paced, multi-task environment
Ability to assist customers with leveraging proven best practices to meet ever-
changing customer needs and optimize system use
Requirements
Minimum 3 years software project management experience; PMP Certification preferred
Analytical thinker and comfortable managing complex data analyses
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work on multiple projects, multi-task, define deliverables and meet established deadlines
IWMS and/or CAFM experience
Software implementation experience
PC knowledge including: Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
Knowledge of SQL preferred
60% travel
Dedicated home office required for all hires outside of Boston, MA
Must be located within a two (2) hour drive of an International airport
