![]() Nancy Johnson Sanquist Nancy Johnson Sanquist, IFMA Fellow, is a Vice President for Manhattan Software. An internationally recognized technology specialist with 30 years of diverse experience in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Facility Management (FM), Ms. Sanquist’s experience includes being part of the design of the first Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software product, CADG+FM (now Famis), as well as work with the leading building assessment technology, VFA, the most popular facility planning software, FacilityCenter (now Tririga) and the integrated workplace management system, Manhattan. Working for technology and consulting organizations, she has had many Fortune 100 organizations and public institutions as clients, including such diverse organizations as Fidelity Investments, Bank of America, IBM, Kodak, Boeing, the US Navy, EPA, Capital One, the States of Louisiana and Missouri, the University of California Board of Regents, Bell Canada (Montreal), the University of Saskatchewan (Saskatoon), Nova (Calgary), the American Embassy (Tokyo), Semco (Rio de Janeiro) and Idom (Madrid). Nancy is considered a internationally recognized leader in the CRE/FM technology field and she has worked, not only in San Diego, but Los Angeles, New York, Washington DC, Boston, London, Frankfurt, Tokyo, Seoul and Singapore. She created the first CAFM seminar for the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) over 15 years ago. She has conducted numerous technology seminars and training sessions for both IFMA and CoreNet Global in North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Additionally, she has contributed substantially to the research and development of CRE/FM technology through her many written works. Nancy was the infrastructure management technology consultant for The Agile Workplace, a research project published by MIT and Gartner. She has a B.A. from UCLA, a M.A. from Bryn Mawr College and a M.S. from the Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Planning at Columbia University. She currently serves as a member of the international standardization team, Open Standards Consortium for Real Estate (OCSRE) and is the Vice President of the Design Committee for the Del Mar Village Assoc. |
