| The Manhattan FM module includes a Portal which is customizable for each client and can be used by employees to access a range of real estate and facilities services and non-facility services. It is used for Employee Self Service and includes a help desk, site work (grounds), site or room reservations (parking and booking conference rooms or hoteling), facility services (too hot/too cold; food, audio/visual), reprographics and project requests (move my group to new location). |
