Manhattan’s Contract Management application manages the contract through its life cycle from the Bid Management process, to the execution of the contract, payment of the contract, tracking the work against the contract and identifying what is and what is not included in the contract costs. Ticklers are created to alert to the expiry of the contract. Manhattan assists with contract performance management through tracking Service Level Agreements and monitoring the actual costs through the Real Estate Asset Ledger.
