The PMI Group, Inc., one of the world’s largest private mortgage insurers, has used CenterStone to manage space planning and facilities operations at its Walnut Creek, CA headquarters for more than two years.

Sue McKaig, Director of Administrative Services for PMI, said Manhattan Software provides a “user friendly and always available” solution to help clients meet their business needs.

“Using this software saves PMI a tremendous amount of time with general space planning and pre-planning scenarios during our expansion projects,” she said. “Keeping track of over 600 employees and contractors would be daunting task if we didn't have the process automated. I can find vacant space quickly and efficiently. I couldn't possibly go back to space planning manually.”
