Craig Gillespie is responsible for the overall strategic direction and operations of Manhattan. Craig has been with Manhattan for five years, joining as CFO of CenterStone Software before it was purchased by Manhattan Software in November 2006. Craig has utilized both leadership and financial expertise to help lead Manhattan to its leadership position in the IWMS marketplace.
Prior to joining Manhattan, Craig held the lead finance position for two venture backed organizations that he helped lead to successful acquisitions. Prior to that Craig held various financial and operational management positions at publicly traded technology organizations after having earned his CPA while working for a regional accounting firm. Craig holds a BS in Accounting from Bentley College and is a Certified Public Accountant. Chief Operations Officer Lisalee Goss is responsible for overseeing the Manhattan North America professional services team as well as Accounting/Finance. Lisalee has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry with a focus of accounting, property management, technology and consulting services. She has a proven track record of successful implementations resulting in significant client ROI’s, business growth and improved efficiencies. Her industry knowledge, experience and leadership style continue to create winning implementation teams, business strategies and client successes. Lisalee has served as the Account Executive for many large successful implementations such as Bank of America, Merck, Accenture and Duke Energy. Her focus is building partnerships thus creating synergies for understanding both short term and long term strategies with the Manhattan clients. Lisalee has vast experience with organizations that have complex business requirements, large teams, intense compliance and rigorous performance reviews. Prior to joining Manhattan in 2003, Lisalee spent 10 years as VP Consulting, developing and leading the consulting team for Realm Business Solutions / CTI which focused on large retail REIT’s such as Simon, Westfield, Duke, and Centro. Additionally, she worked at several real estate companies which included Trammell Crow where she held positions as controller, accounting manager, and director of training.
Ross leads Manhattan’s product strategy, product development organizations. Ross is co-founder of Centerstone, which was acquired by Manhattan Software in November 2006. Ross has utilized both consulting and technical expertise to consult, design and implement process improvements and business process automation for Fortune 500 clients.
Before founding Manhattan Centerstone, Ross served as Vice President of engineering at Miros, Inc., and principal software engineer for Novell, Inc. He was also a senior software engineer at Xyplex, Inc. and Data General. Ross holds an MBA from Boston University and a BS in Computer Science from Cornell University, College of Engineering. Vice President, Customer Care Debra Vallo, is responsible for all aspects of customer care. She has over 15 years of experience in various aspects of real estate and has a blend of many years of hands-on practical experience (business and accounting), as well as a thorough understanding of the implementation and client support aspects of the business. Debra has been on both the client and the vendor side of the real estate industry. During her career, she has been a commercial property manager for office, retail, and industrial properties. She subsequently joined Realm Business Solutions / CTI, where she focused on the documentation, implementation, and support of the CTI Real Estate System and INSIGHT (Business Objects-based reporting tool). She was also responsible for data conversion, enhancement specifications, creation of a data warehouse, universe design for INSIGHT, and managing Realm consultants. Debra joined Manhattan in October 2004 as Director of Support Services and then progressed to VP of Client Services. She is currently responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of implementations and on-going client support. Debra holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Texas, Dallas and a BS in Education from Texas A&M University. Vice President, Consulting John Serri, is responsible for directing the efforts involving the design and implementation of the Manhattan IWMS platform for Corporate Clients, including Merck, Lowe’s, Qualcomm, Network Appliance, Juniper, Dell, Applied Biosystems, and Robert Half International. John takes a strong leadership role in coordinating client scoping and implementation including proposal development, pricing, contract negotiations, project planning, discovery, functional and design specification development, application development, deployment, and post production support. John is also Chairman of the Facilities Management User Group of Manhattan and acts as liaison between the organization and the group to gather best practices, feedback and suggestions relative to our product vision. He is also past Chairman of the Facility Management Work Group for the Open Software Consortium for Real Estate (OSCRE). John has held technical and management positions with MIT, Bell Laboratories, Loral/Lockheed Martin and Globalstar LP. John is currently a member of the adjunct faculty at Cal State East Bay and University of Phoenix. John holds a PhD in Physics, Magna Cum Laude from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Mathematics and Physics, Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Albany. Vice President, Marketing and IFMA Fellow Nancy Johnson Sanquist is responsible for overseeing the North America marketing initiatives. With 25 years of diverse experience in corporate real estate and facility management technology, Nancy has worked with a number of public and private technology and consulting organizations, with clients such as Fidelity Investments, Bank of America, IBM, Kodak, Boeing, the US Navy, EPA, Capital One and the states of Louisiana and Missouri.
Nancy has conducted numerous technology seminars and training sessions for leading real estate organizations, such as IFMA and CoreNet Global, in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. She has also contributed to the research and development of corporate real estate and facility management technology through several written works and has taught at the University of San Diego’s Graduate School of Business, UCLA, and Lafayette and Muhlenberg Colleges. In addition to serving as Manhattan’s Vice President of Marketing, Nancy serves as Editor of OSCRE’s newsletter, a member of the Communications Team of CoreNet’s Workplace Community and Vice President of Design of the Del Mar Village Association in California. Nancy holds a MS from Columbia’s Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Planning, a MA from Bryn Mawr College and a BA from UCLA. |
